MASTER OF ENGINEERING PROGRAM

The Master of Engineering degree program is designed to provide an advanced, in-depth program of study in an engineering field, or to provide a multidisciplinary program of advanced study that may include graduate courses in computer science, mathematics, management, finance, or accounting. 

The Master of Engineering program is tailored to individual student needs and is structured and scheduled to serve full-time and part-time graduate students, as well as the continuing education needs of practicing engineers. The program includes courses of particular interest to engineers currently working in or preparing for a career in Engineering Research and Development, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. An emphasis in Engineering Management is also available.

Graduates of the Master of Engineering program will be prepared to assume leadership roles in a variety of settings, both traditional and high-tech. With the proper selection of courses, students in the program may also prepare for further graduate study at the doctoral level. Revised 11-1-2007.
